The summit Terex AWP ‘To his service' is very received by customers of all the zone EMEAR

The team of technical service of Terex Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) realizar the 3 and 4 December his first ‘Technical Summit for Customers', appointed ‘To his service', in Rotterdam and Roosendaal, Low Countries.
“To his service was the lemma of our summit”, said Vincent Vaché, director of Technical Service of Terex AWP for the region of Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia (EMEAR), the one who adds: “we wanted to show the best practical that our team of technical service for the region EMEAR sets up with the end to provide the best possible support to our customers”.
“Our aim was to offer an educational event to the directors of Technical Service and Pieces of our distributors and companies for hire, focused in our daily commitment with the hygiene, as well as in the processes that apply to offer effective operations inside our department of technical service”, said Sebastian Umbreit, Terex AWP, director senior of Operations and Postventa.
“The feedback of our distributors and companies for hire always has been vital for the success of our organisation. That's why we have wanted to share with them our processes and capacities postventa of an interactive way, opening the doors to the feedback for a continuous improvement”, said Umbreit.

The second day devoted to the visit of the European Centre of distribution of Roosendaal, the centre of support centralised of pieces and equipment for all the region of EMEAR. Here the customers familiarised with the impressesive installations Genie and knew to the detail the principles read behind the storage, inventory and transport, as well as the innovative technicians applied to the previous inspection to the delivery of the machines and to the painting of the team. The learning of quality of product carried out in machines Genie of recent launching and presented the programs of Learning of Products Genie. The second day also offered something of free time for the informal interaction between the distributors and companies for hire and his homologous of the technical service and of pieces Genie.
100 customers of 30 different countries, come from Finland until Qatar, from Saudi Arabia until Romania, faced up to the low temperatures to assist to the event.
The customers were very satisfied with the event in general. “We have received an excellent answer by part of our customers, so much on the educational content, as by the organisation of the event”, said Vaché. “We are pursuing an aim: follow sharing our experience with our customers, gathering us periodically to build an integrated family of Technical Service Genie”.
Pavel Foltyn, director of the Technical Service of Statech, Czech Republic, signalled: “the event was very organised and the six workshops in the European Centre of distribution were useful and inspiring. For the team of Statech, thank you very much!”
Jack Wondergem, coordinator of Services in HDW, Low Countries, added: “the Technical Summit for Customers was very organised and the members of the team Genie irradiaban enthusiasm”.
By his part, Graham Jennings, adviser of project for BlueSky, Lavendon Group, indicated: “Thank you for organising an excellent technical summit the last week. It seemed me very interesting and useful”.
