Efe&Ene closes the sale of Serviclem to the Dutch multinational Riwal

RHG Took in 2007 a percentage of Serviclem with the purpose to expand market with his entrance in Spain, that in that period was in full ebullición. During these last 6 years the company has come operating under the mark Clem-Riwal.
Of this way, RHG recovers 100% of the company for hire of platforms elevadoras, in which it resides his ‘core business', what supposes an advance in his strategy to follow recovering the property of the distinct subsidiaries that has in the diverse countries where operates.
On the other hand, the Spanish partner recovers in addition to the familiar mark, Clem, with which came operating from 1970, 100% of the division of ecological vehicles, that include the electrical vehicles, industrial vehicles and carry-féretros, in addition to all the division of carts. Clem Ecologic, society with which operates the Spanish partner, has foreseen to develop his plan of business with which pretends to diversify and improve the quality of his turnover in the next years.
As it has stood out Javier Gómez, CEO of Clem Ecologic, “thanks to the professionalism and the support that have had by part of the team of professionals of Efe&Ene and of the rest of advisers that have participated in the operation, today are in front of a project ilusionante and with a big projection of future. It has been a tremendously complex operation but has been worthwhile”.
This corporate operation is the fifth that closes successfully the team of advisers of the Area of Strategy and Corporate Development of Efe&Ene during the year 2013.
