Presentación
From 1978 we devote us to the import, distribution, sale, setting, repair and service post-sale of machinery of elevation and transport for the sectors of the construction, transport and recycling.
Our central headquarters finds in Barcelona and besides have own delegations in Madrid and Vitoria, where have of offices and own workshop. We offer the following services:
* Commercial advice: our commercial team is formed by commercial and responsible of product, specialists in the needs of each sector, that work in narrow collaboration with the dpto. i+d Of each manufacturer to move him the specific needs of the market and achieve offer always the most competitive equipment and current possible.
* Workshop of setting and repair: we have of own workshop in the 3 delegations where are presents, with skilled personnel in hydraulics, electronic and mechanical to guarantee the correct setting of the team on truck, as well as the repair, review, etc. national Coverage (included Balearic Islands and Canaries), through our network of dealers.
* Bodyworks: we have of workshop typical of bodyworks for the “finishing to the letter” of the truck of each customer, so that we guarantee the fulfillment of the term of delivery agreed and control the quality of the complete process.
* Post-Sale: team of technicians devoted to the telephone attention, service of mobile workshop in each delegation, as well as to the learning of our network of present authorised car dealers in practically all the Spanish provinces. National coverage (included Balearic Islands and Canaries), through our network of dealers.
* Maintenance: with the delivery of each team, offer a “guide recommended” of periodic reviews and/or preventive to guarantee the good operation and performance of the team in question.
* Spare parts: we have of an own warehouse in each delegation with wide stock of original spare parts, with the aim to deliver pieces in a time limit of 48 hours.
We explain besides with a network of official distributors delivered by almost all the Spanish provinces, including the Balearic islands and Canaries.
