The City council of Benaguasil chooses to Qmatic to manage better the influx of citizens

The project has consisted in the automation of the Office of Attention to the Citizen, with the installation of a system of management of waits Qmatic QSolo for 4 places of answer to the citizen.
Thanks to the solutions QSolo of Qmatic, the citizens select by means of a pulsación, in the dispenser of ticket, the service sued for which look for advice. This offers an on duty ticket that allows to manage and order the requests of the citizens. Of this form, the people expect without need to do tail physically until the monitor shows the turn and the physical place where will be attended by the technicians of the city council.
The system explains besides with the integration of solutions of cartelería digital installed by the company Disproin from which realise the calls to the citizens at the same time that it informs them with notable contents or interesting news. José Ángel Cebrián, commercial manager of Disproin explains that “the solutions Disproin with Qmatic fit perfectly in the needs of this municipality that goes to be able to offer a service much better to his citizens”.
By his part, Javier Medina, business development manager of Qmatic, signals that “For the City council of Benaguasil, the solutions Qmatic are a technological bet very important since they resolve his need to manage and order the requests of the citizens of a simple and efficient form”.
