Valladolid opened a new recycling plant

The company recycled sustainable, S.L. (Resco) has recently opened its first plant for recycling and recovery of construction and demolition waste in the municipality of San Martín de Valvení (Valladolid). To this end, have been available only with equipment Caterpillar to feed the plant, to move the material and to carry out all possible auxiliary tasks.
This new facility, unique in Valladolid, offers a good management of the recycling of construction and demolition waste. In addition, it has all the necessary equipment to carry out a genuine work of recovery of such waste.
With an area of 30.280 square meters, in a plot of 98.700, it has been designed using one of the best European technologies for cleaning and classification of rubble and has obtained the authorisation as 'Non-hazardous waste Manager' from the Directorate-General for environmental infrastructure. The plant has generated eight jobs and has received an investment of three million euros.
The plant has a processing capacity of 300,000 tons per year which are dealt with in two distinct phases. In a first phase, it classifies and separates the more voluminous items through clip selection, on the one hand to recover recyclables as wood, plastics, metals, etc. And on the other hand, getting a fraction stone clean and ready for a second phase of treatment in which after its crushing and screening they will be able to be reused.
