Kompan taught to 'Bloqxear' in Tem Tecma

Kompan, company specializing in manufacture and design of equipment for play areas and playgrounds, it will introduce the 'Bloqx', a new concept of game of climbing in the open air, in the next edition of the international fair of urbanism and environment (Tem Tecma). Kompan designers have created a new form of climbing with these huge dodecahedra whose twelve faces are points of grip of professional design. They come in a range of 1 to 6 modules, suitable to be mounted individually and in group. 'bloqx' has been designed for children aged 8 to 15 playing alone or with a group and is perfectly integrated into the physical education classes.

The 'Bloqx' can be placed both on the ground surface and offer great entertainment value. They can be scaled to overcome different strategic challenges and difficulty levels. 'Crown the top' may be the ultimate top goal, but in the meantime, the child can exercise their social faculties, as there are spaces of observation, or where to chat and relax. The system is adaptable to the available surface area. 'bloqx' comes in a range of 1 to 6 modules, which can be mounted together one to the other and, at the same time, at different heights. A single module occupies itself 1.83 x 2.15 meters and, adding the area of security, requires an area of 4.95 x 5.95 meters. Now however, the need to surface to merge one or more 'Bloqx' does not increase in mathematical progression, given that the security around space will always be the same. For example, the set of six 'Bloqx', which is mounted forming an "S", needed only an area of 8.33 x 1,011 meters, including the area of security. This flexibility allows, for example, locate one or two spare parts in the zone to play of children, and a set of five or six pieces for more ambitious climbs in the older children playing area; the possibility of combinations is open to the different needs.

With the aesthetics of a modern sculpture, the vision of the set of modules, which appear to be threaded or overlapping almost at random, recalls a jetty of large blocks of stone.

In Tem Tecma, Kompan will also show other products of its extensive catalogue, as 'story makers' elements, which in 2007 introduced with great success the multifunction concept in equipment of the sector.
