Acefat, recognised between the best organisations to work

The values of company that rewards the Great Place to Work like the conciliation of the familiar life and the labour, the just deal and equitativo to men and women and the flexibility, are values very present inside the corporate culture of Acefat.
According to José María Miranda, director of Acefat, “this recognition values the application of measures like the Politics of Integration of the Labour and Personal Life, that adapts to the needs of the people that work in Acefat, or the Plan of Equality, set up with the aim to ensure, now and en el futuro, a stage of equality of opportunities in the processes of work of the company”.
Year after year, from his foundation in 1990, Acefat has gone developing new initiatives, with the aim to attend of integral form the needs of the employees. “During these years, the company has boosting the flexible work, the measures of conciliation and created an optimum environingingment to improve the quality of life of the worker”.
These measures have received different recognitions, between them, the Prize Family 2009 and the Prize Flexible Company Catalonia, in the category SME 2010, and have been stood out, like example of best practices, in the publication of the Department of Work of the Generalitat ‘Experiences in organisation of the time of work in the companies of Catalonia' and in guides it ‘Equality and RSE. Guide for SMEs', of Forética and the Office of the State of Equality.
To elaborate the List of the 15 Best Workplaces SMEs Spain, the quality consultancy Great Place to Work uses a methodology of exclusive work and focused to the employees, that awards two thirds of the global punctuation to the companies, through a survey to the own workers, depending the rest of the final note of an analysis of the corporate culture, by means of which perceive five common characteristics in the surroundings of excellent work: credibility, respect, just deal, pride of belonging and compañerismo.
