'Green' tire to the Trelleborg Wheel Systems, Fima 2010 tractor
January 21, 2010
New 'green' tyre from Trelleborg Wheel Systems land at Fima 2010. The pageant presents the new 710/50R26.5 Twin Radial, for trailers, which performs a dual function: protects the land from the countryside to work on it. The new wheel has an innovative design of tread, a 15% wider footprint and a better relationship between surface contact and drainage. With the use of the pneumatic 710/50R26.5 Twin Radial improve buoyancy and grows, even more, respect for the soil and green areas. In addition, Trelleborg has managed to extend the useful life of tread through the addition of a larger number of cubes in greater depth (+ 14%), together with a central block longer. In this way, it improves the life cycle of the tyre and favouring the economy of the operator of the vehicle.
The range of tyres Radial Twin, Trelleborg Wheel Systems, comprises nine different measures suitable for good performance in harsh working conditions. On the whole, this product line provides an optimal resistance to wear, a remarkable capacity for self-cleaning and a reduction in the consumption of fuel, among other benefits.
The renewal of the TM900 High Power line mark (d) increases the capacity of cargo between 8 and 9.5%
With the improvement made in the line of tires TM900 High Power mark D, can reach speeds of up to 65 km/h and increase the load carrying capacity between 8 and 9.5 per cent, over the A8 version of the same tire. According to sources at the company, once compared the load capacities of pressure from a TM900 High Power D and a product A8 of the same size and under the same conditions of load, shows that less pressure is needed. In this way, the tire footprint grows, and so does the capacity of traction. The model 800/70R38 TM900 High Power with designation D was obtained a 10% increase in traction, compared with an A8 product which supports a load of 5,300 kilograms. Basically, the wheels TM900 High Power D grant unique advantages in high torque applications. The reform includes the new 650/60R34 TM900 High Power that expands the range of sizes of front wheels of the TM900 High Power series.
In summary, TM900 High Power tires are placed in vehicles and powerful tractors for agriculture. These products provide good traction capacity, adapt to the increase in charges and, finally, working with machines circulating at high speed. These functions are carried out compacting, bare minimum, the exploitation and thus obtain maximum agronomic performance.
