Security for the pharmaceutical industry knives

The extraneous elements that could fall within the product during the manufacturing process, may cause injury to consumers, as well as significant damage to the machinery. In order to prevent these risks, the use of knives detectable by metal detectors is essential in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
The new series consists of five knives made of metal and a new plastic material developed in collaboration with a German manufacturer specializing in the development of these materials. In addition, knives of this new series are security, equipped with the already proven technology of automatic sheet retreat loaded by spring or leaves that are hosted inside the handle of the tools. All knives have proven security seal GS.

Martor - Profi25
With retraction of the leaf cagada by spring and to be used by both right-handed and left-handed.
Martor - Handy
Classic Pocket knife, with retraction of the leaf spring-charged and to be used by both right-handed and left-handed.
Martor - Combi
Knife safely hidden sheet and change the very simplified. There is a version of the Martor - Combi which is supplied with a special key, without which it is not possible to change sheet.
Martor - Smartcut
Small knife of disposable security with retraction of the leaf spring-charged.
Martor - Polycut
Disposable knife with hidden blade.
All knives Martor Metal Detectables are supplied with stainless steel sheets approved for food contact.
Martor aims to provide a comprehensive solution and can provide verification cards, available in sets of five units. These cards have balls of five different diameters, manufactured with the same plastic, allowing gauge metal detector "in a simple, precise and economical manner".
