Ramon Vizcaino doubled the capacity of the plant of hydrocarbons from Cepsa in Gibraltar
July 8, 2009
The Assembly of the new facility, based on the ecological refrigerant of ammonia, has completed and putting in place will take place this week. The new cooling group has been a year of work 10 technical experts that Ramon Vizcaino has enabled the development of the project. The added value of the project is its design, made of compact form and a single bed, with extraordinary dimensions: 2.3 m wide, 6 m long and 3 meters high.
The Group of cooling, developed by Ramon Vizcaino has a freezing capacity of 355 kW. Because the security sought and the uniqueness of the design, tubular heat exchangers have been designed by the company itself, when it is customary to go to commercial coolers. The team consists of a compressor of screw, lubricated by oil, a condenser of hydrocarbon flooded by gravity of lettering and plates and a water of shell and tube condenser. The provision of equipment and pipes, concentrated in a single bench is remarkable in the design.
