Merck has been the supplier of the chemical sector better valued by its customers. On this occasion, the aim was to discover the evolution of the main indicators of quality of service of Merck, assess the web site of the company and determine the impact of the new corporate image of the organization. Five have been studied in the same paragraphs: 1) satisfaction with Merck; (2) products; (3) trade; (4) billing and delivery of samples / orders; (5) delivery/technical documentation.
Francesc Rosell, director of the Merck Chemicals Division, States satisfied with the valuation two tenths higher than the ideal competitor brand image and four tenths higher in innovation, in addition to keep a note of 8.3 out of 10 in product quality. "These results confirm that our team has been able to effectively move values of the company to our customers," he said.
