Henkel agrees to an increase in the distribution of dividends

During the Board approved deliver a dividend of 1,30 euros by ordinary share and of 1,36 euros by preference share. Both quantities surpass to the assigned for the previous exercise. Likewise, again it authorised to the partners of Henkel to purchase ordinary shares or preferential of the company, with the condition that his aggregated maximum participation in the company do not surpass the 10 percent of the capital.
The Group Henkel operates in three areas of strategic business –Care of the Home, personal and Adhesive Care, Selladores and Treatment of Surfaces. In the fiscal year 2005, generated sales by value of 11.974 million euros. More than 50.000 employees work for the Group Henkel. By his part, Henkel Iberian installed in Spain in 1960 after the purchase of the Spanish company Drop of Amber. In 1989 it went in also in the Portuguese market. The company has seven centres of production and distribution in the Iberian Peninsula. In the 2004 reached some sales of 752 million euros and a profit of 32,2 million euros. Henkel Iberian operates at present in Spain and Portugal in four sectors of business: Detergents/Cuidar of the Home, Cosmetic/Personal Care, Adhesive of Consumption and Henkel Technologies.
