Agilent facilitates the control of their LC systems through the use of third-party software
March 17, 2010
"Software developers can now spend much less time and money in r & d, which will allow your end-users to have access to the same capabilities of control of their instruments, without further delay" said Tony Owen, Manager of Marketing Software and services in Agilent. "This is an example of how open systems of Agilent offer value extra to the scientific community."
The Agilent IFS contains the LC RC drivers.NET of the Agilent 1200 Series instruments and provides a simple interface for programming for connectivity from third-party software, which will only have to develop their own software to the ICF adapter to obtain total control of the current LC Agilentas well as the old and the next generation, without having to write additional code in control of the instrument.
