Automatic movements

We are witnessing the time of the forced robot. It is interesting to note how the robots in the plastics industry are sold at a more or less stable rate in our country that not since then accompanies sawtooth of economic cycles. The reason for some experts is as simple as that, when things are wrong given, the transformer realizes more cost reductions in the medium term a robot provides, among others, because it can reduce the need for labor and because it significantly increases the productivity of a production line. Of course that also humans known to automate movements and there are many sports in which, for example, this is a key determinant in the form of the athlete. In the same way, it can be assumed that the operator also automates its movements, rituals and habits, both good and evil. The current needs of the industry require levels of productivity which, finally, reduce the cost per piece the critical when it comes to opt for a machine or another, a robot or another. The manifestations of an expert in robots of the Husky company in the interview published in this issue are interesting in this respect.

Automation mechanisms offer possibilities that some do not even want to. It seems as if the offer outside ahead of the demand, something that no doubt is the order of the day in consumer products. If us, explaining that we want the endless number of products that invade our homes from televisions and, worse still, we eat hungrily. The industry at least behaves with more common sense. In Spain, the increase in automation is regular and they are still a few years of insured increase, judging from what the more involved predict. This is a movement that, based on repeated, is already almost automated.
