Banners and Buttons for Email Marketing, Newsletters & Alerts

The accepted image formats for banners and buttons in newsletters and alerts are JPEG, PNG or static GIFs. Animated GIFs can be used, but many email managers only display the first frame and not the entire animation. It is therefore necessary to use GIF images without animation (or, in any case, with a first frame that is sufficient to understand the entire message to be conveyed).

Recommended file size

  • Banners: maximum 250 KB.
  • Buttons: maximum 120 KB.

Link, click counter

Each banner or button includes a link to a destination page (ideally a dedicated landing page created by the advertiser).
Interempresas tracks the number of impressions (times displayed) and clicks received.
