The Misting Cooling system uses a natural phenomenon as the evaporation of water, to reduce the temperature of the environment and eliminate dust.

Water needs energy (= heat) to evaporate: the mains water has an average temperature of 12 ° C. Once atomized in micro drops to 100 bar pressure, it spreads in the environment in the form of very fine mist. If the air temperature is below 25 ° C, the water particles micro subtract heat-friendly cooling it.

Misting Cooling system, thanks to sophisticated technology, make that the evaporation process is very fast and to occur until the water it can fall to the ground, avoiding the surrounding surface is wet.

Extremely fine nebulization of the water produced in the environment allows to get practically instantaneous evaporation. The step from the liquid state to the gaseous state subtracts energy (heat) to the environment in total respect of nature.

The drops of a few microns in size are produced by special nozzles that are fed by pumps of high quality to a pressure higher than 70 bar.

Misting Cooling systems can be used in all environmental conditions in which it is impossible or is especially burdensome to employ a traditional air conditioning system or an air conditioning system.
