Absorbent of active coal: manufactured with a solid sheet of steel to the carbon
The filters of absorption of coal activated have the dimensions calculated for the discharge of air of design, with speeds in passing by the coal and time of contact of the air with the suitable coal to the application required.
They are manufactured with a solid sheet of steel to the carbon, of form and dimensions that do that the operations of load and download of the coal are simple and functional: they are formed by a camera of entrance of the fluent aeriforme contaminated, by a camera that contains the coal activated (double or simple), formed by walls of steel of big thickness on purpose microperforado to allow a distribution homogénea of the fluid aeriforme, and by a camera of exit of the fluid debugged. The supports are of tubular bars of big thickness. The mouths of load of the present coal in the top of the filter deliver with cap of closing embridado. The mouths of download of the coal can instrument with the corresponding gate (optional). The filter also has some ladders and a necessary runway to work in conditions of hygiene when they carry out the operations of load of the coal activated.
