Primera red compartida de puntos de recarga | First shared charging point network Blaudrive ha presentado recientemente Honest Charging, la primera red compartida de puntos de recarga en España, que permitirá que las empresas, administraciones e incluso particulares que dispongan de puntos de recarga, los compartan en dicha red, una red inteligente y accesible a través de una aplicación móvil, que cualquier usuario podrá descargarse para recargar su vehículo eléctrico. Tras la eliminación del RDL 647/2011 y de la figura del gestor de recarga, con la publicación del RDL 15/2018, se eliminaron en España las barreras para la gestión de infraestructuras de recarga, lo que permite que cualquier propietario de un punto de recarga pueda ofrecerlo a otros usuarios, ya sea de forma gratuita o facturando por consumo o por el tiempo que el vehículo permanezca cargando. La presentación de la plataforma tuvo lugar en el parking del hotel Claridge, donde se han instalado dos puntos de recarga rápida de 50 kW marca ABB y cuatro puntos con dos tomas cada uno de 22 kW, de acceso público y disponibles también en la app de Honest Charging. Se trata de la primera instalación en España con dos puntos de recarga rápida y acceso público para toda clase de vehículos eléctricos en un hotel, ubicada, además, en un emplazamiento estratégico de la ciudad de Madrid, junto a la salida de la NIII y próxima a la M30 y M40, que junto con otras tres instalaciones que se inaugurarán próximamente supone un avance importante en la oferta de puntos de recarga rápida en la capital. La presentación de Honest Charging ha coincidido con la firma de un acuerdo de colaboración entre la plataforma y las estaciones de recarga de ESM, sociedad cooperativa sin ánimo de lucro, que surgió de los propios usuarios de vehículos eléctricos, como respuesta a la falta de infraestructura y la falta de implicación por parte de organismos públicos y grandes empresas, para dotar de una infraestructura de recarga al territorio nacional que permita poder viajar en vehículo eléctrico. Por medio de este acuerdo, las infraestructuras de recarga de ESM serán visibles en la app de Honest Charging. This takes place via a mobile app that any user can download in order to charge up their electric vehicle. With the publication of Royal Decree Law 15/2018, which replaces Royal Decree Law 647/2011 and eliminates the figure of the charge manager, the barriers to managing Spain’s charging infrastructures have been removed. This means that any owner of a charging point can offer it to other users, whether free of charge or billing per consumption used or the time the vehicle stays plugged in. The platform was presented in the car park of the Hotel Claridge where two 50 kW fast charging points from ABB have been installed along with four 22 kW points each with two power connectors for public access, also available via the Honest Charging app. This is the first installation in Spain to offer two fast charging points and public access at a hotel for all types of electric vehicles, which is also in a strategic position in Madrid, next to the junction with the NIII trunk road and close to the M-30 and M-40 ring roads. Along with three further installations soon to be inaugurated, this is a major step forwards in the offer of fast charging points available in the Spanish capital. The presentation of Honest Charging has coincided with the signing of a collaboration agreement between the platform and charging stations owned by ESM, a not-for-profit cooperative that was created by EV users themselves in response to the lack of infrastructure and the lack of commitment by public bodies and large companies. ESM was set up to provide the country with a charging infrastructure to enables journeys to be made in an electric vehicle. As a result of this agreement, the ESM charging infrastructure will be available on the Honest Charging app.
