Hotel Lasala: control, eficiencia energética y confort La red de partners EcoXpert es la encargada de adaptar la plataforma a las necesidades concretas de cada cliente. En el caso del Hotel Lasala, los responsables de implementar las soluciones de Schneider Electric para mejorar el control, la eficiencia y la eficacia de las instalaciones fueron las empresas EcoXpert Ireluzo y Domonext. El Hotel Lasala, situado en San Sebastián, es un hotel de 4 estrellas superior inaugurado en julio de 2018. Ubicado en un edificio de 1917 reformado totalmente siguiendo su estilo original neoclásico francés, cuenta con seis plantas y 58 habitaciones de entre 30 y 50 m2. Además, dispone de espacio gastronómico y una azotea panorámica con vistas a la bahía, al puerto y a la parte vieja de la capital guipuzcoana. Hotel Lasala: control, energy efficiency and comfort The network of EcoXpert partners is responsible for adapting the platform to the specific needs of each client. In the case of the Hotel Lasala, the EcoXpert partner companies, Ireluzo and Domonext, were responsible for implementing Schneider Electric solutions to improve the control, efficiency and performance of the installations. Situated in San Sebastián, the Hotel Lasala is a 4-star superior hotel that was inaugurated in July 2018. Located in a 1917 building, completely refurbished in line with its original French neoclassical style, the hotel covers six floors and has 58 rooms of 30 to 50 m2 each. Guest can also enjoy a gourmet restaurant and a roof terrace with panoramic views over the bay, the port and the old quarter of the Basque capital. A hotel of this type needs to commit to energy efficiency and its managers were well aware of this fact, resulting in them contacting the EcoXpert partners Irulazu and Domonext. The solution from Schneider Electric implemented at the Hotel Lasala is based on a combination of connected products and theWiser App. It is possible to control when someone is in the room with no need for card readers thanks to presence detectors that work on contact with the door and the Wiser for KNX logic controller.
