Ciudades inteligentes | Smart cities El mantenimiento de los sistemas domóticos es de por sí una tarea esencial para asegurar el buen funcionamiento de estos y el consiguiente confort de los usuarios. Sin embargo, se ha vuelto especialmente crítico en los últimos años debido a las crecientes exigencias de ahorro y eficiencia energética. Ahora, además, la pandemia ha vuelto imperiosa la conservación, monitorización y actualización de las instalaciones automatizadas que controlan equipos que aseguran la salud de los usuarios. Es el caso de aquellos que gestionan la correcta ventilación de edificios, equipos de climatización con filtros antivirus, sistemas UV o generadores de ozono para la esterilización de estancias, etc. en todo tipo de edificaciones. Con IPS-Remote el acceso a distancia de los integradores de sistemas a los componentes KNX del cliente se realiza mediante canales encriptados que salvaguardan la privacidad de todos los datos. Solo se necesita la app ETS IPS-Remote, la interfaz IP IPS 300 SREG y la correspondiente licencia de mantenimiento remoto IPS-L, que instaladores o integradores pueden adquirir a través de su acceso a MyJUNG. Una vez vinculadas, los profesionales especializados realizan el mantenimiento de los componentes KNX situados detrás de la interfaz IP de la manera habitual vía ETS 5. Además, todas las operaciones a distancia se realizan exclusivamente en la línea KNX y en los componentes integrados en ella. En caso necesario, el cliente debe habilitar el acceso, lo que se realiza cómodamente a través de un dispositivo de visualización como la app Smart Visu Server o mediante un teclado. Esto asegura que es el cliente quien tiene el control de su instalación y es él quien habilita a los integradores de sistemas para conmutar actuadores, configurar emisores o corregir errores, entre otras muchas operaciones que antes requerían el desplazamiento de uno o más operarios hasta la instalación física. IPS-Remote gives system integrators remote access to customers’ KNX components via encrypted channels that safeguard full data privacy. All that is required is the ETS IPS-Remote app, the IP interface IPS 300 SREG and the corresponding IPS-L remote maintenance licence, which installers can acquire via their MyJUNG access. Once linked to the licence, specialist professionals can maintain the KNX components behind the IP interface in the usual way via ETS 5. Moreover, all remote operations take place exclusively on the KNX line and its integrated components. When needed, the customer has to approve access, which is easy to do via a visualisation device, such as the Smart Visu Server app or by means of a push-button. This ensures that control over their installation remains with the customer who gives their permission for the system integrators to modify actuators, configure emitters and rectify errors, among the many other operations that previously would have required an on-site visit by one or more technicians. MANTENIMIENTO Y ACTUALIZACIÓN A DISTANCIA DE INSTALACIONES KNX Además de reducir la posibilidad de contagios al minimizar el contacto físico entre clientes y operarios, el nuevo IPS-Remote de JUNG supone un plus de rentabilidad para instaladores y constructores, ya que proporciona una herramienta segura para el mantenimiento y la programación a distancia de todos los componentes de un sistema KNX, evitando desplazamientos innecesarios.
