En las habitaciones de los estudiantes se optó por lo modelos murales con mando inalámbrico, que permite regular la climatización a distancia y adaptar la velocidad del ventilador a las necesidades del usuario. En las zonas comunes, por el contrario, se optó por la instalación de modelos cassette, con los que, gracias a sus cuatro salidas de aire ubicadas en los costados, se alcanza una óptima distribución del aire garantizando el máximo confort. Residencia de la tercera edad en A Coruña El Hogar Residencial Parque Zapateira, en A Coruña, se consolida como un nuevo concepto de residencia geriátrica donde Vaillant ha jugado un papel importante en la climatización del edificio. El inmueble, de 300 m2, presentaba necesidades tanto en materia de calefacción como refrigeración y agua caliente sanitaria. Para dar respuesta, Vaillant propuso una solución centralizada con aerotermia, que ejecutó la empresa gallega IDM Pereira, ubicada en Carballo (A Coruña) y que cuenta con más de 20 años de experiencia en el montaje de todo tipo de instalaciones de calefacción, climatización, gas y energías renovables. Esa solución, con la que se quiere conseguir una temperatura constante de 22 ºC, descansa en la instalación de dos bombas de calor aroTHERM VWL 155 de 15 kW. La empresa instaladora, con el asesoramiento de la marca, optó por este modelo gracias a la calidad en la fabricación, la fiabilidad que otorga Vaillant con este producto así como su capacidad de atender las necesidades de calefacción, refrigeración y agua caliente sanitaria. La instalación se complementa con dos depósitos multienergía allSTOR VPS/3 plus de 2.000 litros de capacidad. Este sistema de acumulación es el corazón de un sistema de calefacción eficiente y de bajo consumo energético. El segundo elemento complementario de esta instalación son dos módulos hidráulicos aguaFLOWVPM 40/45/2W para generar agua caliente en el grado justo de temperatura deseada. La bomba de calor aire-agua compacta aroTHERM es una bomba de calor versátil, compatible con otros sistemas y de instalación sencilla que es capaz de utilizar la mayor cantidad de energía renovable sin apenas realizar emisiones de CO2 al medioambiente. Además, es la solución perfecta como sistema renovable tanto para nueva edificación como en una instalación de calefacción convencional ya existente. Old peoples’ home in A Coruña The Parque Zapateira Residential Home in A Coruña represents a new concept in old peoples’ homes in which Vaillant has played an important role in the heating and cooling of the building. The 300 m2 building has specific needs as regards heating, cooling and DHW. In response, Vaillant proposed a centralised solution using aerothermals, installed by Galician company IDM Pereira, based in Carballo (A Coruña), with more than 20 years’ experience in the assembly of all types of heating, cooling, gas and renewable energy installations. This solution, which aimed to achieve a constant temperature of 22ºC, resulted in the installation of two 15 kW aroTHERMVWL 155 heat pumps. On the advice of Vaillant, the installer opted for this model because of its quality manufacturing, the reliability the Vaillant name brings to this product as well as its capacity to cover the requirements for heating, cooling and DHW. This accumulation system is the heart of an energy efficient and low consumption heating system. The other complementary elements for this installation are two aguaFLOWVPM 40/45/2W hydraulic modules to generate hot water at precisely the desired temperature. The compact aroTHERM air-water unit is a versatile and compact heat pump, compatible with other systems and easy to install. It uses the largest possible quantity of renewable energy with barely any CO2 emissions into the environment. Moreover, it is the perfect solution as a renewable energy system for both new buildings and in an existing conventional heating installation. This temperature control system translates its benefits into advantages for the Parque Zapateira old peoples’ home: maximum efficiency and saving, heating, hot water and cooling using the same generator as well as the instant production of DHWwith no need for the accumulation water to be treated for the Legionella bacteria.
