La práctica totalidad de su instalación eléctrica está automatizada mediante los sistemas KNX de Jung. Es el caso de la iluminación, que se controla mediante los detectores de presencia de Jung. Éstos encienden o apagan las luces dependiendo de si una persona está presente o no en una estancia determinada o, incluso, si ha salido de la casa. Cuando la persona regresa, el sistema enciende automáticamente la luz, siempre y cuando la luminosidad ambiente que proporciona el sol esté por debajo de un nivel prefijado, ya que los detectores de presencia están equipados con sensores de luminosidad, lo que supone un gran ahorro energético. El sistema también proporciona, en otras estancias, escenas de iluminación previamente definidas. Además, el confort también está garantizado gracias a las soluciones KNX de Jung, que gestionan persianas y cortinas en función de la irradiación solar y de la época del año, así como el sistema de climatización y de suelo radiante con ocho zonas controladas individualmente. Como es sabido, los sistemas de calefacción y climatización, aunque han evolucionado mucho en la última década, siguen siendo los grandes consumidores energéticos en el interior de los edificios. Para combatirlo, Jung ofrece una amplia gama de controladores capaces de ajustar al máximo la temperatura real del ambiente al valor que desea el usuario. Precisamente, el control de los cerramientos es esencial también para asegurar el máximo de eficiencia energética y confort en la Casa Simpática. Mediante sensores y actuadores, KNX maneja automáticamente persianas, toldos y cerramientos de ventilación motorizados, de manera que los abre o cierra en función de las condiciones ambientales exteriores e interiores. The Casa Simpática is located in Tortosa, Tarragona and more than responds to the concept of a smart home. Almost the entire electrical system is automated thanks to KNX systems from Jung and its lighting is controlled by means of Jung presence detectors. These detectors turn the lights on and off depending if anyone is present in a specific room or if they have left the house.When the person returns, the system automatically turns the light on, provided the ambient natural light is below a predetermined level. As the presence detectors are equipped with light detectors, this represents a huge energy saving. The system also provides previously defined lighting settings for other spaces. Comfort is always guaranteed thanks to the KNX solutions from Jung, which manage the blinds and curtains depending on the solar irradiation and the time of year, as well as the airconditioning system and radiant floor, offering the individual control of eight areas. It is a known fact that heating and air-conditioning systems, despite major developments over the past decade, continue to be the major energy consumers inside buildings. In response, Jung offers an extensive range of controllers that optimise adjustments to the actual ambient temperature to the set point value desired by the user. Specifically, the control of the enclosures is also essential to guarantee the maximum energy efficiency and comfort in the Casa Simpática. By means of sensors and actuators, KNX automatically manages the motorised blinds, shades and ventilation enclosures, opening and closing them depending on indoor and outdoor ambient conditions. The KNX domotics from Jung also monitor the production of solar PV electricity and the energy consumption of the Casa Simpática that, as with the watering system, alarms, sound system and the video door entry system, are all remotely operated. The system has been designed to be enjoyed, so that the integration of the different technologies results in a userfriendly and intuitive experience. The ComfortClick visualisation system has been installed, which is able to control the home from screens and mobile devices, and which moreover includes the latest technological innovation the German manufacturer: voice control via Amazon Alexa. In addition, to make the most of the Jung voice control function, the user is able to personalise the commands to their liking so that they are easier to record or pronounce.
