En comparación con el módulo fotovoltaico bifacial de medias células Hi-MO3 lanzado en 2018, Hi-MO4 conserva características de Hi-MO3 como una excelente generación de energía bifacial, logrando una ganancia de 8-20% en la generación de energía por la cara posterior en diferentes superficies del suelo, combinado con una alta fiabilidad y baja atenuación. Los aspectos más destacados de HI-MO4 son: Potencia muy mejorada. Hi-MO4 implementa tecnología PERC actualizada basada en 6 busbars, con una eficiencia de célula que alcanza el 22,5%. Mientras que la potencia frontal del Hi-MO3 es de 380W (72 células), Hi-MO4 aumenta esto a más de 420W, hasta un máximo de 430W. Menor LCOE.
