Este material es autolimpiable y ayuda a eliminar los olores. Todo el suelo de las áreas de hospitalización, consultas, y zonas comunes incluye este tratamiento. La situación del Hospital, en pleno centro urbano, y muy bien conectado con el transporte público, permite disminuir la huella de carbono generada por el transporte. El centro incluye más de 200 plazas de parking bajo rasante, destinadas fundamentalmente a pacientes, familiares y acompañantes. De estas, 27 plazas son de ecoparking, destinadas a vehículos eléctricos. Adicionalmente, el Hospital ofrece una zona para aparcamiento de bicicletas, y así fomentar el transporte en este medio de empleados y visitantes.
