Consta de dos procesos de limpieza en uno: un tratamiento de agua a presión controlada o lluvia fina y un lavado manual automático con unos cepillos suaves y eficaces, fabricados con filamentos de nylon. Wash Auto Panel está basado en el concepto tradicional de “lavado a mano”, suave y cuidadoso, si bien gracias a la automatización, permite un ahorro del 95% del tiempo empleado. El sistema trabaja rápidamente, ya que es capar de limpiar grandes superficies de una sola pasada y adaptarse sin problemas a los diferentes tamaños demódulos solares. Para ello,una línea de chorrosmultidireccionales, de presión controlada, rocía y humedece con agua toda la superficie a limpiar, debilitando la suciedad incrustada. A continuación, el movimiento continuo y armonioso de los cepillos posibilita la retirada y expulsión de la suciedad, con giros al final del módulo, garantizando así una limpieza profunda de toda la superficie. La tecnología desarrollada por Wash Auto Panel ha roto con el miedo a la limpieza automatizada por contacto. No produce presión sobre los módulos ni electricidad estática. Además, no raya la superficie de los módulos. Independientemente del estado de suciedad de los paneles, este sistema asegura una limpieza eficaz, conservando los rendimientos acordados y garantizando la no afección sobre las dos garantías de los módulos fotovoltaicos ofrecidas por los fabricantes, garantía de producto y garantía de potencia. This system is moreover certified by independent laboratories that, having tested the solution with different module manufacturers, have certified that this is an effective solution that neither damages nor affects the guarantee.
