Bajo el título general del evento “La fotovoltaica hacia el liderazgo de la transición energética” el V Foro Solar, contará con la participación de Teresa Ribera, Ministra para la Transición Ecológica y Miguel Arias Cañete, Comisario de Acción por el Clima y Energía de la Comisión Europea, cuyas directrices e intenciones políticas esperamos sean una antesala de las medidas tangibles que se materializarán entre los meses de noviembre y diciembre. Entre los temas de la agenda del evento, ya disponibles en nuestra web, hablaremos sobre la Nueva Directiva de Energias Renovables; la reforma del mercado eléctrico; la estrategia que subyace en los grandes proyectos fotovoltaicos en el actual escenario de crecimiento; las plantas fotovoltaicas en situación de libre mercado y los acuerdos bilaterales de compra-venta o PPAs. También se debatirá sobre cómo acelerar el submercado del autoconsumo y cuáles serán sus estrategias de negocio, las novedades tecnológicas más relevantes y visionarias en el sector fotovoltaico, los mercados internacionales de los que tomar nota. En temas de financiación y sostenibilidad a futuro del sector, hablaremos sobre cómo se configurarán las líneas de financiación y las opciones del sector para ampliar sus márgenes de competitividad y también daremos la oportunidad, a los distintos grupos parlamentarios, de compartir con los asistentes sus propuestas enmateria de transición energética. Under the heading “PV, towards the leadership of the energy transition” the V Solar Forum will be attended by Teresa Ribera, Minister for the Ecological Transition and by Miguel Arias Cañete, Commissioner for Climate Action and Energy at the European Commission, whose directives and political intentions are hoped to be a prelude for tangible measures that will materialise in November and December. Topics on the agenda for this event, already available on the UNEF website, include the New Renewables Directive; the reform of the electricity market; the strategy underlying large PV projects in the current growth scenario; PV plants in the free market; and bilateral purchase agreements or PPAs. Also under discussion will be how to accelerate the self-consumption sub-market and what their business strategies will be, along with the most relevant and visionary technological innovations in the PV sector and the international markets to watch. As regards the future financing and sustainability of the sector, the forum will discuss how financing lines are arranged and the sector’s options to extend its margins for competitiveness. Different parliamentary groups will also be given the opportunity to share their proposals with attendees as regards energy transition. Above all, the Forum represents a meeting point for the sector with expectations that this year’s edition will overtake 2017’s 500 attendees.
