El nuevo alojamiento supone una nueva apuesta de la cadena Vincci Hoteles por la recuperación de edificios históricos. El inmueble fue construido entre 1916 y 1919 y posee una fachada de gran valor artístico, en el que la tradición que domina en su exterior contrasta con la originalidad de su interiorismo. Como propietario de la finca, el Grupo Generalli se ha ocupado de su renovación con una inversión de aproximadamente 5 M€. El interiorista Jaime Beriestain ha sido el encargado de darle personalidad al nuevo establecimiento, respetando la esencia del edificio y aportando su particular estilo. Su originalidad sorprende y se percibe nada más entrar en el hotel, siempre con los tonos verdes y turquesas de la menta como base de la decoración. Se trata del tercer establecimiento que la cadena inaugura en esta céntrica calle de la capital, en la que ya estaba presente con otros dos hoteles de 4 estrellas, Vincci Capitol, en Gran Vía 41, y Vincci Vía 66, en el número 66 de la misma calle. The building was constructed between 1916 and 1919 and its façade is of high artistic value, in which the traditional architecture that dominates the outside contrasts with the originality of its interior design. Property owner, Generali Group, has undertaken its renovation with an investment of approximately €5m. Interior designer Jaime Beriestain was entrusted with the task of giving personality to the new establishment, respecting the spirit of the building while incorporating his particular style. Its surprising originality is evident when you walk through the door, with its mint green and turquoise hues forming the basis for the décor. Para la producción eficiente de agua caliente sanitaria (ACS) se eligieron equipos de la marca japonesa Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, suministrados por Lumelco.
