A fondo: Análisis 2021 | In depth: 2021 Analysis www.futurenviro.es | Febrero-Marzo February-March 2022 59 La Plataforma Tecnológica Española del Agua (PTEA) es una asociación de ámbito nacional sin ánimo de lucro, que se constituyó por tiempo indefinido y tiene por objeto específico el fomento, promoción y defensa de la I+D+i del agua. La PTEA celebró el 18 de febrero de este año su Asamblea General Anual. En ella aprobamos la memoria de actividades y cuentas de 2021, las actuaciones y presupuesto de 2022 y ampliamos los vocales de la Junta Directiva. Como resultado de esta ampliación, en estos momentos nuestra junta está constituida por representantes de una universidad (IIAMA-UPV), de tres centros de investigación (CTG, ITC-AIC y Cartif) y de las empresas Tragsa, GlobalOmnium, Dam Aguas y Aquadat. Además, forman parte de la Junta Directiva de la PTEA con voz, pero sin voto, la Dirección General del Agua del MITERD y los dos agentes nacionales financiadores de la I+D+i (CDTI y AEI). En lo que respecta a las actuaciones en 2022 aprobadas, son las que se esperan de cualquier plataforma tecnológica, que hemos estado haciendo en el pasado y que por supuesto se continuarán haciendo en 2022. Estas actividades habituales son: la difusión de la plataforma en medios de comunicación (¡este artículo es un ejemplo!), la participación institucional en foros, la colaboración con otras plataformas e interplataformas, el apoyo a las propuestas de nuestros socios, la organización de webinars fundamentalmente de financiación, el lanzamiento de nuestra revista iDiAgua (cuyo tema central para 2022 será el “Agua Digital”), la publicación de nuestro boletín mensual de noticias, etc. Pero, ¿qué vamos a hacer de especial en 2022 para incrementar la inversión en I+D+i en el Sector del Agua en España? Para ello, me voy a referir con un cierto detalle a cuatro actuaciones concretas. A raíz de la presentación en nuestra asamblea del “Proyecto de digitalización de los usos del agua en España” por parte de la DGA del MITERD, también conocido como PERTE del Agua, nos hemos comprometido a recoger entre nuestros socios aportaciones e ideas para su mejora. Es decir, la PTEA podrá influir positiva y colectivamente en la definición de esta importante inversión en el sector, The SpanishWater Technology Platform (PTEA) is a national non-profit association, constituted for an indefinite period of time. The actions ratified for 2022 are those that might be expected from any technology platform. They are actions that we have been carrying out and will course continue to carry out 2022, and include: dissemination of the PTEA in the media (this article being an example), institutional participation in forums, collaboration with other platforms and interplatforms, supporting the proposals of our members, the organization of webinars primarily for funding, the launch of our iDiAgua magazine (whose central theme for 2022 will be “Digital Water”), the publication of our monthly newsletter, etc. But what specific actions do we plan to implement in 2022 to increase investment in R&D&i in the Spanish water sector? In this article, I will refer to four specific actions in some detail. Following the presentation by the DGA at our assembly of the “Project for the digitalization of water uses in Spain”, also known as the Strategic Project for the Recovery and Transformation of the Water Sector (PERTE del Agua), we are committed to receiving contributions and ideas for the enhancement of the project approach from our members. In other words, the PTEA will be in a position to have a positive and collective influence on the definition of this important investment in the sector, mainly in technology, by listening to our partners and taking into account our Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA).
