Alargando la vida útil de una media de 500k dispositivos al año ahorramos 100.000 toneladas de CO2 a la atmósfera, y mediante el ‘scrapeo’ de dispositivos irreparables reintroducimos en la cadena de valor piezas que contienen elementos altamente contaminantes y de gran coste medioambiental como el cinc, el plomo o el mercurio. Toda esta actividad se realiza además optimizando tiempos y costes a través de nuestra plataforma de Inteligencia Artificial ‘Aitana’, basada en modelos predictivos y una gran base de datos con más de 3 millones de experiencia previas. Esta información nos permite ser mucho más eficientes al mismo tiempo que monitorizamos en tiempo real el proceso de reparación de cada ticket y garantizamos la calidad del servicio a nuestros clientes. Además de todo ello, seguimos avanzando para reducir la huella medioambiental del sector creando recientemente el primer laboratorio tecnológico neutro en carbono del Sur de Europa a través de un proyecto de tecnología solar de LG. Con esta iniciativa hemos conseguido reducir en 44 toneladas las emisiones de C02 de nuestra sede central en Bollullos de la Mitación (Sevilla) al mismo tiempo que conseguimos la autonomía energética de la instalación a través de energía limpia. Estamos convencidos de que nuestro modelo de negocio pone de manifiesto que el ser sostenible no es sólo deseable, si no que también es rentable en términos económicos, sociales y medioambientales. Hoy nuestra compañía está presente en 102 países de los cinco continentes mediante una amplia red de partners locales, facturamos 20 millones de euros en el último ejercicio y tenemos grandes proyectos para seguir contribuyendo a la sostenibilidad del sector tecnológico, y en consecuencia al futuro de nuestra sociedad. Moreover, all this activity is carried out whilst optimising time and costs through our Artificial Intelligence platform ‘Aitana’, which is based on predictive models and a large database with more than 3 million previous experiences. This information allows us to be far more efficient whilst, at the same time, enabling us to monitor the repair process of each item in real time and guarantee quality of service to our customers. In addition to all this, we continue to make progress in reducing the environmental footprint of the sector. Recently, we created the first carbon neutral technology laboratory in southern Europe through an LG solar technology project. This initiative has enabled us to reduce the CO2 emissions of our head office in Bollullos de la Mitación (Seville) by 44 tonnes per annum, whilst at the same time using clean energy to make the facility self-sufficient in terms of energy. We are convinced that our business model shows that being sustainable is not only desirable, but also profitable in economic, social and environmental terms.
