Los separadores balísticos de LEBLAN realizan la clasificación de los residuos en tres fracciones: ligera/plana, pesada/rodante y finos. Esta separación se produce por las distintas formas, densidades y tamaños de los materiales que se procesan. Estos equipos incorporan dos cigüeñales, dispuestos transversalmente a las cribas longitudinales que conforman la rampa de clasificación. Estos cigüeñales permiten que mediante el movimiento balístico, los residuos alimentados avanzan hacia arriba o retroceden hacia abajo, en función de sus características físicas. El separador de tipo balístico, dispone de seis u ocho elementos de cribado longitudinales, rígidos y perforados, que permiten retirar la fracción orgánica (fracción cribada-finos) que pueda contener el flujo de material y que componen una mesa inclinada. Estos elementos están montados sobre dos cigüeñales, uno en cada extremo de la mesa. Cuando giran estos cigüeñales, hacen que los elementos se muevan unos respecto a otros en trayectoria circular. Gracias a dicho movimiento, los materiales que se descargan sobre la mesa avanzan hacia arriba o retroceden hacia abajo según sus propiedades físicas, de modo que la fracción plana/ligera avanza hacia la parte superior de la mesa y la fracción pesada/rodante retrocede y cae hacia la parte inferior. Las cribas longitudinales se pueden servir perforadas, tal y como venimos indicando, o sin perforaciones (ciegas), dependiendo de cuáles sean las necesidades del cliente. En el caso de servirse perforadas, el tamaño de las perforaciones se determina con el cliente en función de las necesidades requeridas. En ambos casos, estos elementos equipan perfiles de ayuda a la clasificación. El separador balístico va equipado también con dos ventiladores de soplado en la caída de la fracción pesada/rodante. La función de estos ventiladores es evitar que los materiales más ligeros (filmes, pequeños papeles,…) caigan junto con la fracción de envases (fracción pesada/rodante), proyectándolos hacia la parte superior de la mesa junto con la fracción plana/ligera. La máquina permite la regulación de la inclinación de la mesa-rampa y del ángulo de incidencia de los ventiladores de soplado, lo que permite que se pueda adaptar al tipo de residuo a tratar. En cuanto a la accesibilidad e inspección, el separador balístico dispone de tolvas de descarga abatibles para mantenimiento inferior y de dos puertas de inspección laterales (una a cada lado) que permiten también en caso necesario el acceso a la parte interior superior del equipo. LEBLAN ballistic separators sort waste into three fractions: light/ flat, heavy/rolling and fine fractions. This separation is carried out in accordance with the shape, density and size of the input material. These units feature two crankshafts, which are arranged across the two longitudinal screens of which the sorting ramp is composed. As a result of the ballistic movement, these crankshafts allow the input waste to travel upwards or downwards, depending on its physical characteristics. The Leblan ballistic separator has six or eight rigid, perforated, longitudinal screening elements, which make up an inclined table or ramp and enable the organic fraction (screened fine fraction) to be separated from the input material. These elements are mounted on two crankshafts, one at either end of the table. When these crankshafts rotate, the screening elements move in a circular motion with respect to each other. Thanks to this movement, the materials discharged onto the table move upwards or downwards, depending on their physical properties, in such a way that the flat/ light fraction goes towards the top of the table and the heavy/ rolling fraction moves towards the bottom. The longitudinal screens can be supplied with perforations, as mentioned previously, or without perforations (blind), depending on customer needs. In the case of perforated screens, the size of the perforations is determined based on customer requirements. In both cases, these screens are fitted with profiles to enhance the sorting process. The ballistic separator is fitted with two fan blowers on the heavy/rolling fraction side of the ramp. These blowers prevent lighter materials (plastic film, small papers…) from falling along with the container fraction (heavy/rolling fraction) by blowing them to the upper part of the ramp to join the flat/light fraction. The angle of inclination of the table/ ramp is adjustable, as is the angle of incidence of the fan blowers, depending on the type of input waste to be processed. With respect to accessibility and inspection, the ballistic separator is fitted with foldaway discharge hoppers for maintenance of the lower section, and two side inspection doors (one on each side) to enable access to the inside of the upper section if necessary.
