Gestión y tratamiento de agua | Water management and treatment www.futurenviro.es | Abril-Mayo April-May 2021 49 Desde EMALCSA (Empresa Municipal de Aguas de La Coruña) han ejecutado durante el pasado año 2020 el proyecto denominado “Depósito y conexiones generales en la cabecera de la red de abastecimiento de La Coruña. Culleredo”, dónde se han instalado diferentes diámetros de tuberías de fundición dúctil, accesorios y válvulas de mariposa de Saint-Gobain PAM España (DN700 / 800 / 1000 / 1200 principalmente). El proyecto, cuyo presupuesto ascendió a 4.125.879,95 €, contempla un depósito de planta circular de 28,60 m de diámetro interior, 6000 m³ de capacidad y una altura máxima sobre la cota 94 de 8,75 m. El sistema de abastecimiento de EMALCSA que da servicio a los ayuntamientos de A Coruña, Culleredo, Arteixo, y parcialmente a Oleiros y Cambre, tiene como origen la ETAP de La Telva, situada en el límite municipal entre Cambre y Culleredo. Desde este punto el agua tratada es bombeada a través de tres impulsiones hasta la arqueta de rotura de carga situada en el lugar de Almeiras, Alvedro (Culleredo) que funciona como cabecera del sistema. La obra, dividida en dos lotes, contemplaba un reparto de tubería, accesorios y válvulas suministradas según siguiente despiece: • 545 ml. Tubo de fundición dúctil PAM CLASSIC® DN700 / 800 / 1000 / 1200mm. • 70 uds. Accesorios de fundición dúctil PAM NATURAL® DN500 a 1200mm: codos express y bridas a diferentes ángulos, brida-enchufe y brida-liso, manguitos, bridas ciegas, TE´s BBB y carretes de desmontaje. • 10 uds. Válvulas de mariposa de fundición dúctil SGPAM DN700 / 800 / 1000 / 1200mm. PAM NATURAL®: Innovación en abastecimiento La gama PAM NATURAL® de tuberías y accesorios de fundición dúctil de Saint-Gobain PAM España representa la evolución más innovadora en cuanto a soluciones completas de canalizaciones se refiere. Teniendo en cuenta las variaciones que pueden sufrir los proyectos y la existencia de posibles inestabilidades en el terreno, las soluciones de fundición dúctil de Saint-Gobain PAM España admiten uniones flexibles con una gran desviación angular y juego axial capaces de asumir diferentes asentamientos, permitiendo así mismo la realización de curvas de gran radio sin la necesidad de utilizar gran número de accesorios adicionales. In 2020, EMALCSA (Empresa Municipal de Aguas de La Coruña), the water supply utility in La Coruña, executed a project entitled “La Coruña - Culleredo water supply headworks tank and general connections”. Different diameters of ductile iron pipes, fittings and butterfly valves (mainly DN700 / 800 / 1000 / 1200), supplied by Saint-Gobain PAM España, were installed as part of the project. The project, which had a budget of €4,125,879.95, included the construction of a circular-based tank with an internal diameter of 28.60 m, a capacity of 6000 m³ and a maximum height above ground level (94 meters above sea level) of 8.75 m. The EMALCSA supply system, which serves the municipalities of A Coruña, Culleredo, Arteixo, and parts of Oleiros and Cambre, begins at the La Telva DWTP, located on the municipal boundary between Cambre and Culleredo. From this point, the treated water is pumped through three pumping stations to the break pressure chamber located in Almeiras, Alvedro (Culleredo), which acts as the headworks of the system. The work was divided into two lots and required the supply of the following pipes, fittings and valves: • 545 m. PAM CLASSIC® DN700 / 800 / 1000 / 1200mm ductile iron pipes • PAM NATURAL® DN500 to 1200mm ductile iron fittings (70 units): Express elbow joints and flanges at different angles, flanged sockets and flanged spigots, sleeves, blank flanges, BBB TEEs and dismantling joints. • SGPAM ductile iron butterfly valves DN700 / 800 / 1000 / 1200mm 10 units.
