Productos y Novedades | Products and Innovations www.futurenviro.es | Abril-Mayo April-May 2021 11 DIGITALIZACIÓN INDUSTRIAL EN LOS PRODUCTOS DE COMEVAL VALVE SYSTEMS Conscientes de la importancia de la digitalización también en el grupo de válvulas de campo y con total orientación a la industria 4.0 y sus amplias posibilidades de obtener información instantánea en el punto de la instalación y comunicación con el Control Distribuido, en su caso, la gama de fabricación de válvulas CSA va a incorporar una nueva utilidad que permitirá este avance de información entre válvula y usuario. Un nuevo sistema interactivo va a llevar a un nuevo nivel de digitalización las válvulas de la serie CSA. Consiste en un código QR incorporado en todos los productos que proporcionará a los usuarios de válvulas CSA información on line, cuando y donde sea requerida sobre manuales de instalación y mantenimiento, fichas técnicas y animaciones. Con tan solo un SMARTPHONE o tableta y escaneando el código se puede obtener información al instante. Dado que es un sistema modular se permitirán añadir nuevas funcionalidades en un próximo futuro. El lanzamiento es efectivo desde este mes de junio 2021 iniciándose con las series VRCD (Válvulas Reguladoras de Presión de acción directa) y ATHENA (Válvulas auto accionadas de flotador) y se completarán en breve con el resto del programa. El programa de CSA se completa con una línea muy amplia de calidad consistente en Ventosas triple acción para aguas limpias, residuales y desalinización; válvulas automáticas con pilotos multifunciones, Válvulas de seguridad anti-ariete, anti slam y tanques de anti-ariete mecánicos. Estas mismas funcionalidades estarán disponibles en el mercado con carácter estándar para la línea de productos para el control de agua UNIWAT® - válvulas de mariposa, compuerta y retención desde el mes de noviembre de este mismo año. Toda la línea de productos junto con el asesoramiento técnico y servicio postventa garantizado lo puede obtener en la Península Ibérica a través de COMEVAL VALVE SYSTEMS. For this reason, the CSA valve range will incorporate a new utility to enable this real-time communication between valve and user. A new interactive system will take the CSA range of valves to a new level of digitisation. It consists of a QR code embedded in all products that will provide CSA valve users with online information, when and where required, installation and maintenance manuals, technical datasheets and animations. Instant information can be accessed by simply scanning the code using a Smart phone or Tablet. New functionalities will be added to this modular system in the near future. The system will be launched in June 2021, starting with the VRCD (Directacting Pressure Reducing Valves) and ATHENA (Self-acting Float Valves) series and will be completed in the near future by the remainder of the programme. The CSA programme is completed by a very broad range of high-quality products, including: triple-action air valves for drinking water, wastewater and desalination; automatic valves with multifunctional pilots; water hammer arresters and mechanical antisurge tanks. These same functionalities will be available on the market as standard for the UNIWAT® water control product line (butterfly, gate and check valves) from November this year.
