La serie HSM V-Press combina la exigencia de calidad de HSM con una alta rentabilidad. Su rendimiento y larga vida útil la convierten en una solución eficiente para la gestión de residuos: HSM V-Press reduce costes en el campo de la “eliminación y tratamiento de residuos”, una fuente de ingresos que en la mayoría de los casos se subestima. El HSM V-Press 818 plus pro se caracteriza por su muy baja altura de transporte. El proceso de prensado, que comienza con el cierre de la puerta, se ejecuta automáticamente. Una pantalla de texto proporciona información detallada sobre el estado actual de los procesos. Gracias al HSM TCS (TorsionControlSystem), la inclinación de la placa de prensado se supervisa continuamente en todas las direcciones. Esto evita cargas unilaterales, optimiza el proceso de prensado y asegura así una larga vida útil así como un alto rendimiento del proceso. La máquina es controlada y operada por medio de un moderno y cómodo control de microprocesador y un teclado de membrana con pantalla gráfica de texto capaz de mostrar el estado actual de la máquina. Al final del proceso de prensado, la puerta corredera se abre automáticamente. Las balas alcanzan un peso de hasta 200 kg y se flejan con 4 cintas de poliéster. Con el modelo básico, el HSMV-Press 504, se consigue una disposición económica de los residuos de embalaje tales como el cartón y el plástico. El pequeño paquete de energía produce hasta seis balas, dependiendo del material presionado hasta un pesomáximo de 60 kg por hora. Las balas, flejadas con cinta de poliéster, se retiran de la prensa y se extraen por medio de un conveniente carro con ruedas. En el stand ferial de HSM también se presentó la nueva versión del equipo para producción de relleno para embalaje HSM ProfiPack P425. Ésta transforma rápidamente las molestas cajas de cartón usadas de mercancías suministradas en un práctico material de embalaje de uso universal y lo más importante sin coste alguno. Este material de embalaje protege excelentemente las mercancías transportadas de los peligros que acechan durante el transporte. The sliding door opens automatically on completion of the pressing process. Bales can weigh up to 200 kg and are tied by means of 4 polyester tapes. The basic model, the HSMV-Press 504, facilitates cost-effective disposal of packaging waste such as cardboard and plastic. Depending on the material compacted, this small, sturdy unit produces up to 6 bales per hour, with a maximum bale weight of 60 kg. Bales are tied with polyester tape, and removed and transported by means of a convenient discharge trolley. The HSM stand also showcased the new HSM ProfiPack P425 model for the production of packaging material. This unit rapidly transforms used cardboard boxes into practical, multi-purpose packaging material. And most importantly, it does so at no cost. This packaging material affords excellent protection against the typical risks associated with the transportation of goods.
