Revelyst, a collective of makers dedicated to designing and manufacturing high-performance equipment and precision technologies, has announced a vacancy for a Key Account Manager Iberia. The company, which operates several category-defining brands across three strategic segments, is looking for a professional capable of strengthening relationships with key accounts, managing the sales of cycling and outdoor products, and leading commercial development initiatives in the Iberian territory. The ideal candidate will combine proven sales experience, negotiation skills, market knowledge, and affinity with innovation-driven brands, contributing to sustainable growth and the strategic positioning of Revelyst in the industry.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities Include:

SALES MANAGEMENT

• Establish Fox, Bell, Giro and Camelbak as the preferred and strategic partners within the Iberian National Key Account network by expanding existing relationships and securing representation across additional sporting goods retail chains.

• Drive sustainable revenue growth by proactively managing key accounts through structured outbound selling, promotional planning, and opportunity development.

• Optimize profitability for both the company and retail partners through effective negotiation, assortment planning, and margin management.

• Increase retail performance by delivering in-store training seminars, product clinics, and sales events to maximize staff knowledge and brand advocacy.

• Own the full sales cycle with Key Accounts, managing both Pre-Book and Re-Order business via regular customer visits, virtual meetings, email, and telephone.

• Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure reliable business planning.

• Provide structured reporting on opportunities, risks, competitive activity, and required internal support, collaborating closely with the Iberia Country Manager to resolve challenges.

• Continuously develop professional selling skills through collaboration with product teams, sales leadership, and internal training programs.

• Actively participate in regional sales meetings, sharing market insights and proposing action plans to improve performance.

• Ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently achieved or exceeded.

• Develop and implement annual account plans for top-tier customers, aligned with Iberia and European commercial strategy.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance using internal systems and retailer data to identify growth opportunities.

• Negotiate annual commercial terms, promotional calendars, and joint business plans with assigned accounts.

DEALER MANAGEMENT

• Ensure seamless introduction of new seasonal products into the Key Account network by acting as the central liaison between internal teams and retail partners.

• Collaborate with customers to strengthen execution initiatives and enhance the connection between brands and end consumers.

• Increase both sell-in and sell-through by preparing and delivering clear, compelling, and data- driven seasonal merchandising presentations.

• Coordinate seasonal communication programs including mailers, catalogues, order timelines, promotional initiatives, and in-season opportunities.

• Plan and deliver staff training sessions, product demonstrations, and testing events to improve in- store engagement.

• Actively support the organization and execution of Iberia Pre-Book sales events as part of the wider sales team.

• Promote and drive attendance of Key Accounts at Global and European seasonal sales meetings and events.

• Identify, develop, and execute Shop-in-Shop (SiS) and Custom Shop (CS) opportunities, working closely with Trade Marketing and retailers on layout, merchandising flow, and visual standards.

• Conduct regular account visits to strengthen relationships, review performance, and drive adoption of current sales campaigns.

• Partner with the European Ecommerce team to ensure online activities of key accounts are aligned with overall European digital strategy and brand guidelines.

• Implement structured follow-up processes after seasonal launches to track sell-through and optimize re-ordering.

• Ensure compliance with brand presentation standards at point of sale.

• Resolve operational issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, and after-sales service in coordination with customer service teams.

• Gather and share structured feedback from retailers to improve product assortment and service levels.

MARKET MANAGEMENT

• Act as the official Revelyst representative across the assigned territory (Spain, Portugal, Andorra), building strong relationships with retailers and key market stakeholders.

• Attend and support dealer events, trade shows, consumer activations, and other brand-building initiatives.

• Maintain a deep understanding of competitive activity, market trends, and consumer behavior to inform commercial strategy.

• Utilize market knowledge and brand management principles to adjust sales approaches and maximize performance across accounts.

• Continuously build product expertise across all brands and categories to effectively identify opportunities tailored to regional and account-specific needs.

• Collaborate with European and Global product development teams to ensure product assortments reflect Iberian market trends and consumer demands.

• Establish and maintain timely, professional, and collaborative relationships with both internal departments and external partners.

• Collect and analyze market intelligence on pricing, promotions, competitor launches, and retail trends.

• Identify new business development opportunities within assigned territory and propose expansion strategies.

• Provide structured feedback to marketing and product teams to support localized campaigns and assortment planning.

• Represent the voice of the Iberian market in internal strategy discussions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years of relevant sales experience.

• 2 years of relevant sales experience working with Key Accounts in IB.

• Knowledge and understanding of our existing key account network.

• Experience delivering a high level of customer service and presentations.

• Minimum English level B1, as the candidate will work closely with the EU headquarters.

• Technical proficiency in MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge and use of basic Salesforce platform tools.

• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.

• Full driving license.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in cycle, outdoor sporting goods or actions sports lifestyle retail market.

• A personal interest and active participation in mountain biking, cycling and outdoor sports.
