Mezclador triturador: for big pits of upper capacity to 1.000 m3
Joleather Adds to his range of products a mezclador and triturador of pits: the model Jumbomixer. Entirely galvanised, is instrumented with a propeller of big performance in stainless steel of 6 mm reinforced (with a diameter of 650 mm). His cleaning realises automatically by means of an against knife of stainless steel. Inside the standard equipment includes a foot of protection.
Revestido With a tube of big thickness of 115 mm of diameter, the axis of transmission is lodged in 5 points (cojinetes intermediate, threads of bronze, casquillos of bronze) and entirely submerged in bathroom of oil. This characteristic avoids the problems of premature wear and of sobrecalentamiento. The Jumbomixer benefits also of an excellent protection.
The axis is sustained by a triangular structure composed of two lateral tubes and of an upper tube to ensure the optimum stability of the machine.
A double cylinder effect allows to adjust the angle of inclination (max 45°) of the mezclador.
The Jumbomixer delivers with a cardán reinforced in starry tube with tree 1 ¾'' (homocinético), provisto of a hygiene of bulón. His total length is of 7 m and his weight is of 450 kg roughly. The Jumbomixer uses for big pits of upper capacity to 1.000 m3.
