It + advanced: purification systems
Biometsa introduces the hospital and funeral sector
Inoxfune, Spanish company dedicated to the design and manufacture of products for the hospital sector burial and Biotrit have decided to integrate the expertise of their respective sectors, to respond to the needs of cleansing and disinfection of wastewater produced in the area of legal and forensic medicine: institutes of forensic medicine, hospitals, funeral homes, etc. Treatments, depending on the characteristics and needs of each centre, have been divided into two distinct lines: chemical sterilisation and thermal sterilization.
The boards of autopsy generates effluents from the tables of autopsies, which require treatment of disinfection prior to discharge to the sanitation network. To cases of small rooms, given the small amount of landfill produced, it has opted for a system of water treatment by chemical sterilization, through the addition of a biocidal agent, that it will guarantee a perfect control of the whole process of sterilization and to facilitate their integration in the environment will be built integrated within own tables: Bioesteril.
Membrane MBR technology revolutionizes the treatment of wastewater
The use of membranes submerged for the construction of biological reactors has experienced in recent years a great step forward which has allowed to radically alter the conception that until now had traditional wastewater treatment plants. Stations sewage S.A. presents this revolutionary technology with its line of treatment of wastewater with membrane MBR technology. The technology of membranes for purification of wastewater is basically based on the existence of two types of submerged membranes: membrane of hollow fibre and flat membrane. The use of one or another type of membrane membrane cassette allows to obtain a high quality of the permeated. Thus, it is not necessary to install a decanter after the biological reactor, because you get a free water of solids in suspension which, in turn, can be reused directly. The biological reactor operates at high concentrations of sludge. Its volume is 3 to 10 times smaller than the reactor that is required in a traditional plant of activated sludge, SBR, etc. As a result of the high bacterial concentration in the reactor, there is less sludge volume. Also, the separation of the hydraulic retention time and sludge retention time allow reaching high ages of sludge. The MBR process is defined by its low power consumption: only between 0.1 and 0.3 kWh per cubic meter of treated water.
A totally revolutionary regeneration system
Hidrolution FMF (Macrofitas filter in flotation), is an effective integrated system of regeneration of waste water that provides practical, robust and sustainable solutions to urban and industrial purification of any population.
Its major advantages, mark significant differences with regard to other conventional treatments, especially for their savings, and energy efficiency, as it consumes energy, produces sludge or produces odors, still maintaining low and simple, which avoids, medium and long term, the abandonment of the sewage treatment plants by the generated problem of financing of the costs of exploitation.
For more than 10 years, both the Polytechnic University of Madrid and the company Macrofitas SL (Hidrolution) began to investigate and develop the effective technology of purification of water whose technical basis is to make floating plants that are usually rooted in wetland soilstraditionally known as Aeneas, cattails, reeds, etc.. Once the emerging macrofitas are floating, creates a tapestry free fitoremediador on the sheet of water to cleanse. This ecological dream is possible to grow the macrofitas, together with other weaving an auto-flotante carpet (of lower density than water).
Hidrolution (Macrofitas SL) as a key link in the technique, has developed an innovative system that allows secure conversion to floating of these plants to expand the range of applications of the FMF debugging to media until now unthinkable or risky. This technological breakthrough has been a reality thanks to the creation of the piece EFE, which by its structure and features allowed the introduction of the FMF in bioreactors by creating a system of cleansing combined with conventional systemsIt is a very important savings in energy consumption and the production of sludge, notably to increase efficiency and sustainability of the combined process in this way.
Grey water not just wasted
A rational use of water allows the saving of this resource which is the basis of life. This is very important to achieve its maximum use and reuse, allocating the water with the quality and characteristics as may be necessary for each use to be made available.
Plants Cilit-GWR allows, through a full treatment, recover the greywater from a building (from of the showers) and a water with a high quality which broadly meets the stricter parameters of the 1620 RD / 2007 (annex I) on reclaimed water. Reclaimed water is used for applications such as irrigation, cleaning, filling the deposits of the toilets, etc. It has a wide range: from 0.6 m³/day to 45 m³/day, with a reduction of organic matter in biological treatment stage. The plants have a membrane ultrafiltration for an optimal elimination of turbidity of the water and its energy consumption is reduced.
