The alimentary industry and the sustainability: new challenges of the management of the water

The need to bet by the sustainability every time does more necessary in the alimentary sector. A management optimised of the water has an evident influence in the saving of costs associated (catchment or supply of network, conditioned for his use, purification, taxles, power used, etc.) and allows besides reduce the environingingmental impact.
The rationalisation of the costs of management of the cycle of the water, the improvement of the energetic balance associated to the treatment of the water and the predictable adoption of new restrictions in the quality of the poured are only some of the challenges related with the water to which confronts at present the alimentary industry.
The course will tackle thematic like the current technologies in treatment of waters, the prevention of infections like legionella, the optimisation and maintenance of the installations, physical treatments-chemical and biological of waste water, etc. The course has a length of 60 hours and will give between 25 November and on 31 December.
The on-line modality goes oriented to facilitate to the professionals of alimentary industries a flexible and adaptable learning to each need. It is composed of four modules that provide the knowledges of base for the integral management of the water in the alimentary industry.
