They will open works of the Andalusian Agency for cooperation in Honduras

These works which have cost US $ 1.8 million will be inaugurated by the President of Honduras, Porfirio Lobo and the director of the Andalusian Agency, Joaquín Rivas. It is expected to also attend the first lady of Honduras, Rosa de Lobo, the Ambassador of Spain in Tegucigalpa, Luis Belzuz, the Mayor of Amapala, Santos Cruz and the Coordinator of the programme of cooperation, Montserrat Calviño.
These works of sewage consist of sewage system and treatment plant, the Aacid adding that "soon will boost implementation underway of a model of the solid waste management".
Be also launched the Francisco Morazán Park, plaza Manuel Bonilla and the playground for Santos Bardales, which will enhance the beauty of the landscape and natural surroundings of the island of el Tigre, in the Pacific Gulf of Fonseca, shared with Nicaragua and El Salvador.
These works belong to the project of Integral Development of the municipality of Amapala, Department of Valle, the Aacid financed with EUR 3 million and run in coordination with the Mayor's Office and the Honduran Ministry of planning and external cooperation.
Then the director Rivas of the Andalusian Agency will participate in the event's start of construction of the system of treatment of waste water and solid waste in the municipality of Ojojona, near Tegucigalpa.
