hanna instruments, Biolan Microbiosensores and HydrosQuímica organize next month training courses focusing on treatment, control and purification of water in cellars. The first meeting will be on June 2, in the Agora Center, located in the square Agora of Vilafranca del Penedès (Barcelona). Later, the day also will be held in Logroño in the Wurth Museum, June 15; in Jumilla (Murcia), June 17, in the integrated Centre of training and experience agricultural Cifea; in Tomelloso (Ciudad Real), on 18 June, in the Hall Ivicam (road Toledo-Albacete, s/n); and finally at the headquarters of Sigaltec, in the village of Villagarcia de Arosa (Pontevedra), on July 1.
The first of the papers, 'Purification of wastewater and process in the wineries', will be headed by Mr. chemical Francico Ruíz García. It will be the issue of residual water in cellars and the differences in processes, and the r & d (evolution and technology). Then the chemical engineer Javier Aramburuzabala will talk about the 'instrumentation for control and analysis of water in the wine cellars'.
After a small pause, winemaker Charles Antoñanzas will analyse the instrumental developments in the world of the oenology (index of formaldehyde, ammonia, potassium, etc.). Finally, Koldo Atxutegi, of the Biolan Microbiosensores company, will explain to all attendees ' the Biolan method: oenological Analytics to everyone '.
