Six ships of Croma Park are located in the parque tecnológico de Paterna, 9 km from Valencia City, 18 of the port and 15 kilometers from the airport. His father has a good infrastructure of transport and communications. Its access is via bus and metro or private transport.

They have great lighting and ventilation holes created with carpentry of anodized aluminum and insulating glass type 'Climalit' 4-12-6.
The main façade of the buildings is covered with pieces of porcelain stoneware.
