CEVA wins the REI 2011 Prize awarded by its automotive business

ceva logistics was in early August REI (honoring excellence and innovation) award for his business of automotive, specifically in the category of logistics for the development of the drag system for the supply route of the automobile production, created in collaboration with BySat, company specialized in remote management, and the Intelligence Centre in logistics and operations at the University of IBMEC-MG.
The solution consists of a system of fixed and portable collectors for the electronic supply of automated production lines. The system has resulted in a saving of more than 60% in comparison with other applied technologies. "We are continuously looking for excellence and innovation in our operations and are delighted with this recognition of the automotive business," explains Brunno da Matta, industrial director of CEVA in Brazil.
