CEVA appoints two new Vice Presidents at United Kingdom

ceva logistics has appointed two new Vice-Presidents for key sectors of its business in United Kingdom and Ireland. Ian Robb has been appointed Vice President of industry and technology. Ian works for Ceva for 15 years, and has specialized in the development of the operations of home delivery of products with needs of more than one person for the distribution of key customers and in the development of large projects of the industrial and technological sectors. The most important aspect for Ian in his new position is the development of a technological network of delivery which is needed more than one person, which will provide shared use of storage, transport and installation services for manufacturers and retailers of the United Kingdom and Ireland.
For its part, Simon Hobbs will join Ceva as Vice President of the automotive sector on May 3, 2011. Simon has over 20 years of experience in the automotive and tyre industry. It comes from DHL Supply Chain, where he directed the industry automotive aftermarket in the United Kingdom. Simon and his team will focus on further developing the leading position of Ceva in aftermarket and the establishment of relationships with the manufacturers to enlarge the position of the company in the sector of pre-production.
