Kuhne & Nagel offers storage solutions for Henkel in Shanghai

The Henkel Investment Company (China) has signed an agreement with Kuhne & Nagel for two years by which this company will manage the operations of storage of the Division of adhesive products in Shanghai. Henkel Adhesive Technologies aims to consolidate its activities of storage in Shanghai to improve their supply chain and distribution of their products in China.
For its part, the logistics operator Kuhne & Nagel has integrated several already existing in a single distribution center facilities in the Putuo district in the town of Shanghai. The complex, which occupies approximately 8,000 square meters, has a specific area for the storage of dangerous goods and temperature-controlled products.
Kuhne & Nagel will provide to Henkel since receipt of products until the quality inspection, storage and packaging of the goods.
The logistical group will also manage the return and the transport of full pallets, packages and pricing, as well as labelling units.
