Saba Logistical parks rents near of 150.000 m² of surface between 2011 and 2012

Between the last operations, stands out the signature of an agreement with the company Busc Person, pertaining to the American group BrightPoint, for the rent of a surface of 2.600 square metres in the logistical park of Coslada. This operation supposes for Saba Logistical Parks the incorporation to his list of customers of one of the world-wide leaders in services associated to the cycle of life of the mobile telephony.
Situated in the runner of the Henares, next to the airport of Stir, the logistical park of Coslada has a total surface of 10,7 hectares, as well as with more than 62.000 square metres built of warehouses and offices, with a near occupation to 70%. The for hire signed agreement by Saba Logistical Parks and the group BrightPoint has a length of 5 years.
Agreements in Saba Parcs Logístics Penedès and PLZF
Also in the first months of 2012 stands out, in the Parc Logístic of the Frank Zone (PLZF), the set up of the installations of the companies Rhenus Logistics, Logista and Fagor, that have rented a conjoint surface of 20.000 square metres. In this sense, Rhenus Logistics occupies a space of 10.000 square metres that will reinforce the logistical services of the company in Spain.

In 2011, Saba Logistical Parks rented around 80.000 square metres in his network of parks, incorporating to customers of international weight, as it is the case of the company of urgent transport Nacex, that rented 2.600 square metres in the logistical park of Coslada.
