Saba Logistical parks rents near of 150.000 m² of surface between 2011 and 2012

The company closed 2011 with a moderate growth of his activity and a half occupation in his network of parks of 78%, in a moment of strong correction so much in occupation as in prices, what answers to the fortress of the active managed by Saba Logistical Parks. The gross surface of the logistical parks of Saba Logistical Parks is of 700 hectares, with a surface edificable of more than 3 million square metres.

Between the last operations, stands out the signature of an agreement with the company Busc Person, pertaining to the American group BrightPoint, for the rent of a surface of 2.600 square metres in the logistical park of Coslada. This operation supposes for Saba Logistical Parks the incorporation to his list of customers of one of the world-wide leaders in services associated to the cycle of life of the mobile telephony.

Situated in the runner of the Henares, next to the airport of Stir, the logistical park of Coslada has a total surface of 10,7 hectares, as well as with more than 62.000 square metres built of warehouses and offices, with a near occupation to 70%. The for hire signed agreement by Saba Logistical Parks and the group BrightPoint has a length of 5 years.

Also in the first months of 2012 stands out, in the Parc Logístic of the Frank Zone (PLZF), the set up of the installations of the companies Rhenus Logistics, Logista and Fagor, that have rented a conjoint surface of 20.000 square metres. In this sense, Rhenus Logistics occupies a space of 10.000 square metres that will reinforce the logistical services of the company in Spain.

In 2011, Saba Logistical Parks rented around 80.000 square metres in his network of parks, incorporating to customers of international weight, as it is the case of the company of urgent transport Nacex, that rented 2.600 square metres in the logistical park of Coslada. The agreement signed with Nacex, that from 2002 form splits of the Group Logista, added to the three operations llevar in the second half of 2011 by Saba Logistical Parks in Coslada and that supposed the rent of more than 9.400 square metres after the agreement reached with the Logistical companies Taboada, Gelesa and Group Dysait, in addition to the quoted with Nacex.

Likewise, stands out the agreement between Saba Logistical Parks and Rhenus Logístics for the rent of 2.300 square metres of surface in the ZAL Seville and, in the same park, the agreement reached with the logistical operator LTK, for the rent of a total surface of 2.300 square metres. Both operations have llevar with the advice of Apiburgos, Agency of the Real-estate Property of Seville. It fits to remember that ZAL Seville is the logistical centre of reference of Andalucia. In 2012, closed the sale of the logistical park of Chile to the Chilean company Bodenor Flex Center.
