Kuka Iberian Robots, presents for the first time in Spain an only product in his gender: the new generation of robots of paletizado of the series Quantec, that comes to complete the already existent range. The visitor to Hispack has the opportunity to test in situ a robot Kuka, and how with the series of robots Quantec, the platform of software Kuka WorkVisual and the system of control KR C4, the automation goes back simpler.

The rapidity is the greater challenge that have to face the robots of paletizado employed in installations of the alimentary industry and the logistical sector. Nevertheless, the precision does not have to see lessened. Neither the one, neither the another, supposes a problem for the new robots of paletizado Quantec. Thanks to his reduced weight, the robots of paletizado Quantec are extremely fast and his cycles are increasingly short. The available models are the KR 120 Quantec PA, the KR 180 Quantec PA and the KR 240 Quantec PA, with 120, 180 and 240 kilos of capacity of load, respectively. All they present a scope of 3.200 mm.

Another appearance stood out of the robots of paletizado is his structure of hollow axis with abertura of 60 mm. This allows to tend the packages of tubes and cables in the interior so that they are protected and can recambiarse quickly in necessary case. In this way it simplifies the off-line programming and prolongs the useful life of the package of tubes and cables.

The KR C4, that Kuka also presents in Hispack, is a system of control that integrates no only the controls of robot, movement and process, but it also incorporates to perfection the complete control of the hygiene. In this new system of control, Kuka prescinde, of consistent form, of the hardware that puts limitations and substitutes it by functions of intelligent software.
