Little by little seems that the parties in the government begin to increase the sensitivity by the autonomous and emprendedores. Any of the disposals of the recently approved Royal decree law 3/2012 of urgent measures for the reform of the labour market and the Budgetary “pact” signed by Convergence i Joined and the Popular party Catalan, seem the start of a change of course in the labour relations of the microempresas in our country.

The Catalan pact includes an increase of the contribution that the Genaralitat does to the Catalan Institute of Financialss, destined bottoms to increase the guarantees that this entity realises in the processes of financials to autonomous and emprendedores. Also it contemplates a commitment of collaboration and support by part of the Government of the Generalitat of the measures in favour of the autonomous that go to promote from the Central Government.

Would be desirable also that these measures had the opinion of the representatives of the organisations of autonomous and took into account the historical claims that come realising in the fiscal and social field.

In moments of crisis like the current is well that believe politics of promotion of the contracting, like the approved recently and that have stepped forward in the flexibilización of the labour relations, placing in front any variation of these to the dismissal.

But if what pretends is the creation of stable employment, it is necessary to create stable social politics equitativas and that bonifiquen the labour relations of long length, equating the social rights of the workers and autonomous.

Expect as that the agreements of these two parties go taking form and that all can contribute our grain of sand to improve the difficult social situation in which we find us.
