The Special Center of employment Apadefim, in Segovia, will pick up the vegetable oil used in domestic kitchens throughout the province. This will be possible thanks to an agreement between the Presidents of the Consorcio Provincial environment, José Martín Sancho, and Apadefim, Hilario Miguelsanz.

The programme, including in the draft Ecodis, consists of a network of special employment centres dependent on aid to the disability associations. These centers are authorized by the Junta de Castilla y León as managers of waste collection and transport of vegetable oil used in the field of domestic and, later reused to produce biofuel. In the opinion of the Director of the Special Center of employment of Segovia, Mercedes González, this project is developed in Castile and León under three lines of activity: the collection of the oil, its treatment and opted and plants of crushed, as in the process take advantage even bottles and cans where the oil is deposited. This initiative, which works the Media Consortium Ambient, you intend to install all the containers in the next three years.
