For many, a peripheral is an auxiliary team of support, a complement, a secondary element to the that no always loans him the owed attention. It shares this opinion? Cuán Important thinks that is the peripheral in the final result, in the development and manufacture of the product finished and his quality?
In my opinion, a peripheral team has to have the same qualities that the machine where realise the process, since it can repercutir directly in the final product. In a lot of occasions, to the peripheral team no gives him the importance that really has, placing in front the price to the quality.
When we work with a team that does not fulfil the requirements for a good production, (as for example, an atemperador, dehumidifier...), the product that are injecting in this moment can see affected from the beginning of the process, already was by a bad deshumidificación, or in the case of the atemperadores, for example, if we do not use the suitable team, can have some important variations of temperature that, to the not being stable, us repercutirá in the finishing of the piece injected.
In the actuality, a lot of transformers buy to his provider complete lines, that include all the necessary peripheral equipment for the manufacture of his products. It agrees with this affirmation? In which measure has affected him this tendency to his company? Which arguments can esgrimir a specialist in peripherals to combat this situation?
Is true that there are customers that when purchasing a new machine ask to the same provider all the necessary peripheral equipment looking for an only setting of all the group and, avoiding of this way, have to look for distinct providers or options, usually this is used to give in big companies. But also it is true that, on the other hand, there is another type of companies that look for a determinate team with some determinate characteristics for his lines of production. In summary, for the first companies is much more comfortable that a same provider supply them all the equipment, when being lines very big, and other companies prefer to realise a more specific purchase of each team comparing the different characteristic of each mark separately.
In GS Tècnic offer, in addition to being able to purchase an alone team for a determinate function, the one to be able to purchase a group of peripheral chord to the needs of each production, what would be a third possibility or an alternative to the purchase of a complete line. The purchase of a complete line of production do not consider that it was a situation to combat, neither a tendency, but rather another option.
