North Star Imaging Inaugurates his European head office

North Star Imaging (NSI), one of the biggest manufacturers and experienced of systems for essays no destructive of materials and components by means of the technology of X-rays and the computerized tomography (CT), now has founded North Star Imaging Europe with domicile in Tremblay-in- France (near of Paris). With this new European head office, the company strengthens his possibilities of advice and learning, for the support of existent and new customers, for the put to disposal of provision of services of essays, as well as for the development of special solutions, specific of the application, in all the region. In addition to the salesmen, technicians and specialists of own application, also are prepared some employees of companies associated in the outside of France.
NSI Europe Will centre in the systems of computerized tomography 3D, as well as in the digital equipment for essays of X-rays in real time, whose high resolution arrives until some cientos of nanómetros. Besides, also of this side of the Atlantic, is to disposal the range of complete products of NSI, from the small equipment sobremesa of CT and of X-rays, until the industrial models of 600 kV, for the employment in the investigation and the development, as well as in the industrial production. The applications cover from the essay of pieces regarding defects in the margin of the control of routine quality, the detection of the structure, until the technology of measurement 3D of high resolution, with the possibility to explore inner and external surfaces. Incidentally, NSI develops and manufactures systems key in specific hand of the customer for practically any request regarding the surface to explore, the resolution and the speed.
Some examples realised are the systems of essays for shovels of rotor of complete helicopter and the first system of CT on line, which, with the help of a software for the automatic detection of defects, could explore, evaluate and separate in a time of cycle of less than 6 s.
