Row adviser in the implementation of the ISO 50001
28 November 2011
With the new norm ISO 50001 on systems of management of the energy, the world-wide industry in general will step more in the awareness for a more effective use.
Reduce costs, improve the energetic efficiency and take advantage of the opportunities of saving that produce in the productive processes form part of the business philosophy of ROW.
Estimates that until 60% of the industries can improve his energetic efficiency with the consequent economic saving and energetic.
ISO 50001, like only standard and harmonised pursues according to the Organisation:
- Help to the organisations for a better use of his current active of consumption of energy.
- The transparency and facilitate the communication on the management of the energetic resources.
- Promote the optimum practices of management of energy and reinforce the good behaviours of management.
- Help in the installations to evaluate and give priority to the application of the new technologies of energetic efficiency.
- Provide a frame to promote the energetic efficiency along the chain of supply.
- Facilitate the improvement of management of the energy for the projects of reduction of broadcasts of gases of effect invernadero.
- Allow the integration with other systems of management organizacional, like the environment, the health and the security.
By means of distinct tools and computer applications, Row analyses the needs of air and determines the potential energetic savings, contributing the most adapted solution for each company.
With ‘CPC' (Compressor Plant Calculation) simulate the operation and the energetic cost of a system of air compressed in function of the real demand (installation already existent) or of a demand estimated (installation projected), what allows to compare between himself all the possible alternatives and choose the optimum configuration of compressors. ‘AIReport' Is a tool that measures the real demands of an installation. And, finally, ‘serfix' uses to calculate and minimise the fixed costs of maintenance along the total life of the installation of air compressed.
